Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive items that are defective or damaged we'll gladly replace them if you let us know about it within 30 days of the delivery date. We'll include a postage-paid return label for the damaged or defective items to be returned to us at no additional cost to you.

Music Products: CDs, LPs, DVDs

We don't take returns on opened music products unless the item is damaged or defective. Damaged or defective music products will be replaced with the same item at no cost to you if you let is know about it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns

Please e-mail to let us know if you need to return or exchange items. Please include a note with your name, address, contact info, order number, and why you are returning the item with the return package.
